Features

  1. Product design is in accordance with NB/T47044-2014 and ASME B16.34-2013 standards;
  2. The valve stem has been tempered and nitrided, and has high temperature resistance, wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
  3. The valve body cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure [Wood seal]. The higher the pressure in the valve body cavity, the better the sealing performance.
  4. The medium flow direction adopts high inlet and low outlet, and the valve disc adopts a double-disc structure, which has the characteristics of small opening and closing torque and easy opening.
  5. The valve seat and valve disc sealing surface are made of cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing or plasma spray welding, which has good high temperature resistance, wear resistance and abrasion resistance.
