Features

  1. Product design is in accordance with NB/T47044-2014 and ASME B16.34-2013 standards;
  2. The valve stem has been tempered and nitrided, and has high temperature resistance, wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
  3. The valve body cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure (Wood seal). The higher the pressure in the valve body cavity, the better the sealing performance.
  4. The gate structure is available in two types: elastic mode gate and double mode gate. The elastic mode single gate relies on the medium force to forcibly press the gate against the valve seat to ensure the sealing surface seal. The gate is elastic and can compensate for deformation caused by processing or high temperature differences to meet sealing requirements. The double mode gate adopts a gate frame structure, which is easy to maintain and automatically adjusts the sealing angle according to the valve body, providing excellent sealing effect.
  5. The valve seat and gate sealing surface are made of cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing or plasma spray welding, which has good high temperature resistance, wear resistance and abrasion resistance.
