Features

The inlet valve and check valve are used together. After water is added to the high-pressure heater, as the water pressure continues to rise, when the pressure reaches a certain level, the pressure differential acting on the cross-section of the inlet valve stem causes the valve stem to move upward, lifting the valve disc and opening the passage to the high-pressure heater, allowing water to enter the high-pressure heater. At this time, the high-pressure heater is put into operation. If an accident occurs in the high-pressure heater and the pipeline ruptures, the water level in the high-pressure heater exceeds the allowable value. The water level signal is transmitted through the electrical device to open the quick-opening and closing valve, allowing condensate to enter the upper piston cylinder of the inlet valve, depressing the piston, pushing the valve downward, closing the high-pressure heater inlet, opening the bypass, and stopping the high-pressure heater. The entire operation takes 2 seconds.
