Feature

Exterior leakage won’t occur in one-piece fully welded ball valve.
As valve the valve seats consists of Teflon sealing ring strengthened by carbon fiber and disc spring, so it can adjust well to the change on pressure and temperature without any leakage risk within marked pressure and temperature range. Ball is manufactured with high accuracy under the tracking and inspection of advanced computer detector. Valve body is made of the same material of pipe, so stress is evenly distributed without deformation risk when earthquake happens or vehicles drive through the ground. Pipe is resistant to aging. No leakage can be assured with sealing ring being made of PTFE contained 20% Carbon fiber. Underground fully welded ball valve can be embedded under ground with small and shallow well being set on ground rather than large valve well being required, so that construction cost and time are saved substantially. Length of valve body and height of stem can be adjusted in accordance with requirement of pipe construction and design. Ball can be operated simply and easily with high processing accuracy and no bad interference, and it is made of high grade raw materials which can bear pressure above PN25.It is small and beautiful comparing with products with same specification in similar industry. It has life period of more than 15 years when used under normal operation and using conditions.

Installation

The end welding of all egev steel ball valves shall be done by electric welding or manual welding. Overheating of valve chamber should be avoided. The distance between the welding ends shall not be too short to ensure that the heat generated during the welding process will not cause damage to the sealing material. All valves should be opened during installation
