Overview

The valve consists of the main valve and outside installed pilot valve. It uses the float in the water to link the pilot valve upon the change of the water surface to make the main valve supply water or be closed, and thus to control the water level of the water pool (box) and t he water tower within certain limits, to prevent overflow and excessive Iow water level. Th is valve is used in automatic water supply systems of various pools (box), water tower in Industrial and mining enterprises, civil construction, and also used in atmospheric boiler circulation water supply system. The main valve opens fast and closed slowly, do not pro duce water hammer, sealed tight, no flood threat.

Main Valve Removal

(1) take down external piping and control valves;

(2) foosen the nuts by diagonal symmetric, twist in the jackscrew, remove valve cover, remove the spring;

(3) unscrew the valve stem check back nut, take down the diaphragm pressing plate and diaphragm;

(4) takedown the valve clack, plastic pressing plate and large “O” style rubbering;

(5) Loosen the valve anticlockwise, take off the asbestos gasket.
