Features

Installed on the boiler superheater outlet and reheater inlet and outlet steam pipes, it is used to isolate the water pressure during the hydrostatic test. After removing the internal plugging plate, the pipe can be used as it is. The plugging plate can be reinstalled during the next hydrostatic test.

Structural features

1. It adopts pressure self-tightening sealing structure, and the branch pipes at both ends are welded;

2. Adopt flat O-ring seal and the valve seat is made of stainless steel surfacing;

3. During the water pressure test, insert the plugging plate, and after the water pressure test, remove the plugging plate. Multiple water pressure tests can be carried out.
